Brief Description

The role involves working as part of a small office based team supporting Primary Schools with all their computing needs.
This will involve repair & maintenance/installation of hardware and support for schools, both face to face & on the phone.

Qualifications Required

The company require a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a genuine desire to learn and build a career in the IT sector. You will have a friendly personality, be able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.

You will also have the opportunity to gain some globally recognised Microsoft certifications.

JOB ROLE
The company require a proactive IT Technician with an aptitude for communication and interest in Microsoft infrastructure technologies such as Windows.
Quickly assimilating new technologies, being able to apply what is learnt and showing a genuine enthusiasm for the technology are critical to this position?s success.

As a Microsoft IT Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
? Supporting Primary Schools with all IT needs, face to face and over the phone
? Supporting the team to assist with technical problems
? Fixing computers and issues on-site and in our workshop
? Working with team members to meet deadlines
? Using initiative to learn and be up-to-date with the latest technologies
? Repair and maintenance of hardware and install of new hardware
? Using initiative to produce impressive results

COMPANY
We provide high quality support to primary schools across Hampshire. The majority of our work is done on-site at the schools, but we also provide remote assistance over the phone or via the Internet.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday ? Friday 9am-5pm with half hour unpaid lunch
Wage: ?161.25 per week
