Qualifications Required : • To be considered for this role, you must have at least a C grade in both GCSE Maths & English, and in three or four other subjects at least. You should have a GCSE/BTEC/A Level in ICT or at least hands-on experience with the workings of computers and IT.
• The company requires candidates to have a full UK driving licence and own car.
Vacancy Detail : The company are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn new IT skills and develop themselves in a friendly, customer focused IT support team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is not afraid of a challenge and possesses good troubleshooting skills. The role will be a mixture of working on our helpdesk as an initial point of contact for our support clients, plus learning workshop based IT skills and also visiting client sites to assist with troubleshooting or IT projects.

As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
• Answering phone & logging tickets
• Attempting to solve problems individually and as a team
• Escalating tickets to 2nd/3rd line when required
• Speaking with customers to update them on their situation
• Helping & assisting other technicians on tickets and projects as required

Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will receive Microsoft training and accreditation through blended learning. This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer. The certifications you gain are highly respected and globally recognised. The skills, knowledge and experience you will gain whilst on the programme are invaluable.

Working Week : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (40 hours a week)
Salary : £200.00 Per Week

Training to be Provided : You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including Cloud Technologies and Network Fundamentals. This will extend also business processes and project management. You will also have the opportunity to gain some globally recognised Microsoft certifications.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm (40 hours a week)
Wage = £200 per week
