Brief Description

Intequal, in partnership with the Microsoft Apprenticeship Programme, offering exciting new opportunities to embark on a career as an IT Helpdesk apprentice.
Qualifications Required
You will be required to have achieved in 4/5 - (C/B) in Maths or Engish
???????? A GCSE, BTEC or A/S Level in IT would be beneficial but not essential.
???????? Experience within a customer service, administration or sales role is preferred but not essential

Training to be Provided
You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including Cloud Technologies and Network Fundamentals. This will extend also business processes and project management. You will also have the opportunity to gain some globally recognised Microsoft certifications.
Future Prospects
A Full time permanent when the apprenticeship is completed

We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, IT helpdesk apprentice to provide a wide range of IT and software related support. The job roles are diverse and will give you the opportunity to develop your Skills in IT.
The Company work with a variety of the very latest technologies. This will give the successful apprentice excellent exposure to cutting edge technology.
As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include
? 1st Line Support
? Logging calls for customers
? Infrastructure set up and maintenance
? Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
? Providing support on EPOS Systems
? Remote support for software support contracts.
? Logging warranty calls with key vendors on behalf of our customers.
