You will be enrolled onto the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme.
The Software Developer Technician (Level 3) apprenticeship contains the following knowledge modules and Microsoft Technological Associate (MTA) certi?cations:
? Software Development Context & Methodologies
? Programming
? MTA Software Development Fundamentals (C#)
? MTA Database Fundamentals
You will attend 3 training courses to help you pass the exams for the 2 knowledge modules and the MTA:
? Software Development Context & Methodologies
? Programming Using C#
? Database Fundamentals
These qualifications are globally recognised industry certifications and form the significant building block of software development knowledge for anybody looking to start a career in software development.

Our client based in Derbyshire, has been successful growing business since 2004 specialising in web design and Marketing working with clients in across the UK and all over the world. With the aim to make web and computers made easy as possible for their clients. The business are now looking to expand and would like you to join them working as a website developer apprentice working alongside a small team of 3 colleagues and management team of two office Dogs! (Must be an animal lover) as they do like to make an appearance every now & then!
Job Role
As a Level 3 Software Developer Apprentice, you will be undertaking a recognised apprenticeship qualification, including Microsoft certifications, at the same time as working as part of the company?s Software Development team.
You?ll work as part of the team to learn about the latest technologies used to deliver what is needed, including C# within the MVC framework, supported by the use of test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration using Team City and continuous deployment using Octopus Deploy.
As a Microsoft Software Developer Apprentice your main role and responsibilities will include:
? Becoming a valued part of the Software Development team.
? Being responsible for extracting data and processing the extracted data.
? Gaining on the job experience and being able to utilize the skills you have gained over the duration of your apprenticeship.
? Updating software and systems development.
