Brief Description
Have you ever wondered on how to create a website?
If you have an interest in learning coding to create and a develop a website we have the perfect role for you working as a web development apprentice for a IT Solutions business based in Telford.
Qualifications Required
??You must have at least a C grade for Maths & English at GCSE
???????? A GCSE, BTEC or A/S Level in Business Admin or Business Studies would be beneficial
???????? Experience within a customer service, administration or sales role is preferred but not essential
Skills Required
The company require a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a genuine desire to learn and build a career in the IT sector. You will have a friendly personality, be able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
Training to be Provided
You will be enrolled onto the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme.
The Software Developer Technician (Level 3) apprenticeship contains the following knowledge modules and Microsoft Technological Associate (MTA) certi?cations:
? Software Development Context & Methodologies
? Programming
? MTA Software Development Fundamentals (C#)
? MTA Database Fundamentals
You will attend 3 training courses to help you pass the exams for the 2 knowledge modules and the MTA:
? Software Development Context & Methodologies
? Programming Using C#
? Database Fundamentals
These qualifications are globally recognised industry certifications and form the significant building block of software development knowledge for anybody looking to start a career in software development.

Job Role
As a Level 3 Website Developer Apprentice, you will be undertaking a recognised apprenticeship qualification, including Microsoft certifications, at the same time as working as part of the company?s Software Development team.
You?ll work as part of the team to learn about the latest technologies used to deliver what is needed, including C# within the MVC framework, supported by the use of test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration using Team City and continuous deployment using Octopus Deploy.
As a Microsoft Software Developer Apprentice your main role and responsibilities will include:
? Becoming a valued part of the Software Development team.
? Being responsible for extracting data and processing the extracted data.
? Gaining on the job experience and being able to utilize the skills you have gained over the duration of your apprenticeship.
? Updating software and systems development.
