Qualifications Required

The company require a bright, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a genuine desire to learn and build a career in the IT sector. You will have a friendly personality, be able to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service. ??You must have at least a C grade for Maths & English at GCSE
???????? A GCSE, BTEC or A/S Level in Business Admin or Business Studies would be beneficial
???????? Experience within a customer service, administration or sales role is preferred but not essential

? Basic knowledge of ICT applications

Skills Required

? Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9 to 4. Specifically, in Maths, English and Science or an IT related subject (A* to C)
? Have a Full UK driving licence (beneficial)
? Be 18 years of age from January 2020
? Be able to pass government vetting and police Security Clearance

Training to be Provided

You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including Cloud Technologies and Network Fundamentals. This will extend also business processes and project management. You will also have the opportunity to gain some globally recognised Microsoft certifications.

Vacancy Detail

This is a development role and as such the role and the responsibilities will grow with you.

Within the role you will:
? Gain the skills and experience needed to deal with operational Engineering such Technical Support, Cloud, Network and Security disciplines
? Gain an understanding of all services provided on the companies Cloud Services Platform
?Gain an understanding of the difference between managed and unmanaged services
? Build out basic troubleshooting processes for the companies Cloud Platform
? Be part of a highly skilled team focussed on customer delivery and technical expertise
? Adhere and maintain internal policy and procedures

The Specifics:
? The apprenticeship is a duration of 18 to 24 months
? On completion of the scheme you will have a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification
? You will also gain industry recognised vendor certifications
? On completion you will be a fully qualified telent engineer and can integrate into the full-time workforce
? The apprenticeship is a blended programme with a mix between apprenticeship coursework, classroom learning, onsite learning and vendor exams.
