Qualifications Required

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.

Training to be Provided

You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including MTA Cloud Fundamentals and MTA Network Fundamentals, these are globally recognised certifications, you will also gain a City and Guilds Diploma in Coding and logic and mobile and operating systems. This will also extend to business processes and project management.

This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experience to kickstart your career in IT.

You will be responsible for IT administration, logging calls on the helpdesk system and providing 1st line desktop and mobile phone/tablet support. You will work towards a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship standard.
The Company provide Samsung B2B & consumer repair & quality control.

Your Day-to-day duties will include:
? To provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
? To research and provide mobile phone/tablet support
? To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
? Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
? To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation
? Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
? Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
? Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
? To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member
? Contribute to a safe working environment and raise health and safety concerns in a timely manner
? Must be flexible with overtime when required
? Work in other departments of TMT First in line with Customer and Business needs
