Brief Description
Do you have a passion for problem solving?
This is a great opportunity to get started on your career working as an apprentice and training to be a qualified IT technician working with our client based in Huddersfield.
Qualifications Required
? A minimum of Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 3 in English Language, or equivalent, is required for this role
Personal Qualities
? Ability to work well and with enthusiasm as part of a team
? Proactive and willing to learn on the apprenticeship and in the job
Skills Required
? A genuine passion for IT and technology is essential for this role
? Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Training to be Provided
You will be enrolled on to the award-winning Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship Programme. You will work towards gaining skills across a variety of technical areas including MTA Cloud Fundamentals and MTA Network Fundamentals, these are globally recognised certifications, you will also gain a City and Guilds Diploma in Coding and logic and mobile and operating systems. This will also extend to business processes and project management.
Future Prospects
There are real career progression opportunities available upon completion of the IT Level 3 programme. You may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further as part of your career progression development.

? Resolving helpdesk issues promptly and effectively
? Use of internal tools to identify and resolve issues
? To assist with the installation of hardware and software
? Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service at all times
? Undertaking any other relevant duties that may arise as part of the work.

This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer.
