? Ensure documentation for apprenticeship enrolments and completions complies with ESFA funding rules for the year of the enrolment.
? Produce relevant data reports.
? Involvement in administration tasks when undergoing audits, both internal and external (from the ESFA, Ofsted and/or other bodies)
? Retain full and up to date awareness of ESFA funding rules and ILR Guidance.
? Agree and manage follow up audit points.
? To maintain and improve the electronic enrolment process for all learners alongside the rest of the Compliance team, administering and improving the processes and centre administration.
? Employer and learner feedback analysis.
? To keep CRM records up to date with accurate data.
? Prepare and distribute documents for meetings, attend meetings and produce minutes.
? Provide comprehensive departmental administrative support.
? To maintain and improve the filing systems, ensuring transparency and currency of information held.
? Ensuring that relevant learner documentation is shared and made available to necessary staff
