Brief Description

The company require a bright, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a genuine desire to learn and to build a career in technology.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you must have a C/4 grade in both GCSE Maths & English, and in three or four other subjects at least. You should have a GCSE, BTEC or A Level in ICT or at least hands-on experience with the workings of computers and IT/data.

Please note that you must not hold an existing qualification at a higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree).

- Operates all sales-related tasks including, negotiations, handling of objections and closing sales.
- Conducts research into the market and external competitors.
- Liaises with the client and colleagues from other areas of the organisation to establish sales needs.
- Assesses and qualifies sales leads by developing a clear understanding of the client’s business needs and advising how these might be met with appropriate products, tools and techniques.
- Produces and delivers sales presentations to internal and external clients using appropriate technical language.
- Interprets and follows the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Prioritises their contacts and keeps an up-to date database knowing when and why to contact current consumers or prospects in line with organisational requirements.
- Ensure data is appropriately stored and archived, in line with relevant legislation e.g., GDPR.
