Brief Description

We are looking for someone who can switch between clients, industries and projects effortlessly. We use a project management tool to organise our production schedule and this role is to assist the MD with project management, media outreach, creation of content for digital media and client communications.

Qualifications Required

Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths

We recognise that the right person for this role may not have previous experience in all the areas that they become responsible for, so if you have a passion for or any combination of these skills, we’d be keen to hear from you.
Reporting directly to the MD, this role is supported by both business owners – they will offer guidance and support and be on hand to work with you as and when complexity emerges.
You are a self-starter, doer, and soak up new ideas and techniques like a sponge. You have a fantastic enthusiasm for today's technologies and tools, keeping up to date with modern technology, and loving all things digital, in print, on TV, and beyond. You’ll be a creative thinker, pro-active with exceptional organisation, diplomacy and time management skills. You’ll also respect our values, and we are particularly looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability too.
You are good with people, be that in person, on the phone, on Zoom or by email and comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.

Develop an understanding of the range of digital marketing principles, strategies and techniques.

• Digital marketing campaigns

Digital Marketing Business Principles
Develop an understanding of search marketing, search engine optimisation and Pay-Per-Click, email marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and how these can work together.
Key Topics:
• Security levels necessary to protect data
• Digital etiquette
• Customer Relationship Management systems
• Understand the differences between all the major digital and social media platforms
• Plan digital content based on audience needs
• How a digital marketing team works in a business environment

Principles of Coding
Develop knowledge in the range of concepts, approaches, software languages and techniques that are applicable to Principles of Coding.
Key Topics:
• Compatibility of code on different platforms
• Components involved in web development
• Hosting and serving
• Search Engines
• How local (cookies) or session data storage is utilised
• Programming languages and how they apply to building digital products (html/javascript)

Google Analytics IQ
Develop knowledge to be proficient in Google Analytics and be effective at leveraging Google Analytics within their organisations.

Padua Communications is a digital hub for its clients offering a range of services. This means that no two days are the same (or sometimes even similar). We are looking for someone who can switch between clients, industries and projects effortlessly. We use a project management tool to organise our production schedule and this role is to assist the MD with project management, media outreach, creation of content for digital media and client communications. You will be the person responsible for keeping client activity turning over – attending meetings with clients to update while working with other team members to stay on target. You will be proactive and dynamic in the way you do this. The role is hugely varied, so you need to be able to manage your workload effectively.
