Do you have a passion for coding and development?
An exciting opportunity has arrived to join an exciting and progressive software development company as a Level 4, Software Development Apprentice.

Qualifications Required

To be considered for this role, you ideally would hold a C/4 grade in both GCSE Math?s & English, and in three or four other subjects.
? You will have completed a Level 3 apprenticeship in software development or hold a level 3 BTEC and/or A level in software development or have hands on experience in a similar role.

Microsoft Certi?cations from the following options:
? Programming in C# (20-483)
? Developing Mobile Apps (20-357)
? Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS (20-480B)

You will attend 3 training courses to help you pass the exams for the 2 knowledge modules and the
Microsoft Certi?cations:
? Software Development Context & Methodologies
? Programming in C# (20-483B) OR Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS (20-480B)
? Developing Mobile Apps (20-357) OR Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications (20-486B)

As a Level 4 Software Developer Apprentice you will be undertaking a recognised apprenticeship qualification, including Microsoft certifications, at the same time as working as part of the company?s software development team.

Our client is a growing business based in Telford, who are a passionate team of software developers, They work with all of the latest technologies (desktop applications, multi-touch display software, web application, mobile apps and more) to deliver custom software which does exactly what your business needs. The business are now looking to expand and would like you to join them working as a software developer apprentice.

You?ll work as part of our team to learn about the latest technologies we use to deliver what the company needs, including C# within the MVC framework, supported by the use of test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration using Team City and continuous deployment using Octopus Deploy.

As a Microsoft Software Developer Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
? Learn how to collate feature requests.
? Become a valued part of the Software Development team.
? Help existing staff with front-end development.
? Be responsible for extracting data and processing the extracted data.
? Gain on the job experience and be able to utilize the skills you have gained over the duration of your apprenticeship.
